- A charge of 10% on so much of any rates assessed before 1 July 2026 which remain unpaid on 10 July 2025. The penalty will be added on 13 July 2026.
- A continuing additional penalty of 10% on so much of any rates assessed before 1 July 2026, to which a penalty has been added under the immediately preceding bullet point, and which remain unpaid six months after the previous penalty was added. The penalty will be added on 13 January 2027.
