Get involved with fun "Plastic Free July" activities and much more these winter holidays.
Registration is needed for all activities.
After 1 July 2019 it will be illegal for businesses to hand out most plastic bags with handles to customers, whether they are sold or given for free.
Stratford residents and visitors to the district are invited to come together for a community celebration for Puanga – The Māori New Year.
From 22 to 29 June 2019, people can get involved with free activities in the Stratford district to reflect, learn, share and celebrate Puanga.
Stratford District Council adopted it’s 2019/20 Annual Plan at its Ordinary Meeting yesterday, Tuesday 11 June.
