Audit and Risk Committee
Ensuring Council delivers on agreed outcomes and manages risk appropriately, and providing a mechanism to investigate financial reporting and risk issues in detail.

Employee Relations Committee
The Employment Relations Committee has responsibility for executing the Chief Executive’s performance agreement and monitoring their performance.

Executive Committee
The Executive Committee acts on behalf of the full Council when decisions are required to be made without delay.

Farm Committee
Providing governance for the vision of our Council farm and aerodrome. Committee members are a combination of councillors and staff, with voting rights restricted to councillors.

Ordinary Meeting of Council
The monthly meeting of Stratford District Council. The Policy and Services Committee presents recommendations to Council at the Ordinary meeting where final decisions are made.

Policy and Services Committee
Assisting Council with a strategic policy framework, making sure services are delivered effectively and efficiently, monitoring progress and financials, and ensuring compliance.

Water Services Committee
This Committee is established to oversee, advise, and support the governance and delivery of water services in accordance with the Stratford District Council’s Water Services Delivery Plan (WSDP).
