Digital Noticeboard

The digital community noticeboard in Stratford aims to profile local events and activities for the district.

Local community groups and not-for-profit organisations are invited to advertise their own events for free on the electronic LED signage - simply fill out the online form below.

In 2018 it was estimated that over 15,000 cars travel on State Highway 3 through Stratford on a daily basis. Positioned on such a busy route there is potential for at least half of that number to see the noticeboard each day.

Guidelines and how to design for the screen

Community organisations wanting to advertise on the noticeboard need to meet the criteria within the advertising guidelines.

These guidelines also include the specifics of designing for the screen. If you don't have the resources to make your own advert, we can design a simple one for you. If you're designing one yourself, please upload an advert that:

  • Is 432 x 288 pixels (or larger but designed to that ratio)
  • Has a large, easy to read font that stands out in colour from the background
  • Has 10 words or less (if possible) to ensure readability
  • Is in a JPG or PNG format
