SALE AND SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL ACT 2012

Egmont Rod & Custom Club Incorporated, 119 Cordelia Street, Stratford, has made application to the Stratford District Licensing Committee for the renewal of a Club Licence in respect of the premises situated at 119 Cordelia Street, Stratford, known as Egmont Rod & Custom Club Incorporated.

The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is a social club.

The days on which, and the hours on which alcohol is (or is intended to be) sold under the licence are 5 days as Monday & Tuesday 7pm-10pm, Friday 5pm-12am (midnight), Saturday 12pm-1am, Sunday 12pm-9pm

The application may be inspected during ordinary hours at the office of the Stratford District Council at 61 Miranda Street, Stratford.

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the renewal of the licence may, not later than 25 working days after the date of the publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing Committee at PO Box 320, Stratford 4352.

No objection to the renewal of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 131 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012

The date this notice was published is the 28 September 2026. The objection period will expire on 02 November 2026.
