Stratford Eltham Rugby and Sports Club Incorporated, PO Box 316, Stratford has made an application to the Stratford District Licensing Committee for the renewal of a Club Licence in respect to the premises situated at 61 Orlando Street, Stratford known as Stratford Eltham Rugby and Sports Club.
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is a sports club.
The days and hours alcohol is (or is intended to be) sold under the licence are 1 March to 30 September annually on the following days and hours Monday to Sunday 9.00am until 1.00am the following day.
The application may be inspected during office hours at Stratford District Council, 63 Miranda Street, Stratford.
Any objections to this licence must be provided in writing no later than 25 working days after the publication date of this notice.
Objections can be addressed in writing to the Secretary of the District Licensing Committee at PO Box 320, Stratford 4352.
No objection to the renewal of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 131 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
