How to enter the draw

Visit Stratford.govt.nz/DirectDebit and complete the online form to pay your rates by direct debit. Make sure you select “Yes – you would like to receive your rates notices by email.”

Set up your direct debit and email invoices

If you already pay by direct debit and you just need to go paperless, visit Stratford.govt.nz/RatesByEmail and submit the online form. Easy-as!

Why paperless?

Getting your rates invoice by email is a great waste-free option. It’s cheaper for us too, so it's best for the wallet and the environment!

80% of rate payers get their invoices mailed. That’s a lot of paper and $ that can be saved!

Why choose direct debit for rates payments?

Setting up direct debit payments for rates is the no-worries option. The payments are automatic, so you won’t get charged late fees. It’s a lot easier for us on the administration end, too.
