Road closures due to snowfall

Update Wednesday 5 August, 2pm: Pembroke Rd is open up to the Stratford Mountain House now, but closed beyond that. The road is icy and conditions aren't great so we highly recommend chains if you're taking the journey. The road will close again over night.

Pembroke Road and Manaia Road within the national park boundaries are both closed due to snow.
These roads are likely to remain closed until at least midday Wednesday 5 August.
We'll provide an update when we know more.
Drive to the conditions if you're travelling.
