Victoria Park playground update

We've removed the spinning wheel at Victoria Park.
After years of use and repeated damage it reached the point where repair was no longer safe or worthwhile, so we've taken it out, removed the base and reinstated the ground with topsoil and grass.
The rest of the playground remains open.
