Taranaki Stock Car Club - Club licence renewal application

SALE AND SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL ACT 2012

Taranaki Stock Car Club Incorporated of PO Box 397, Stratford, has made application to the Stratford District Licensing Committee for the renewal of a Club Licence in respect of the premises situated at 19 Flint Road, Stratford, known as Taranaki Stock Car Club.

The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is a Social Stock Car Club. The days on which, and the hours on which alcohol is (or is intended to be) sold under the licence are Thursday to Sunday – 7.00pm until 1.00am the following day.

The application may be inspected during ordinary hours at the office of the Stratford District Council at 61 Miranda Street, Stratford.

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the issue of the licence may, not later than 25 working days after the date of the publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing Committee at PO Box 320, Stratford 4352.

No objection to the issue of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 105(1) of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012. No objection to the renewal of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 131 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012

The date this notice was published is 21 February 2025. The objection period will expire on 28 March 2025.
