Renewal of Club Licence - Stratford Golf Club

SALE AND SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL ACT 2012

Stratford Golf Club Incorporated, PO Box 282, Stratford, has applied to the Stratford District Licensing Committee for the renewal of a Club Licence for their premises at Pembroke Road, Stratford, known as Stratford Golf Club.

The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is a Golf Club. The days on which, and the hours on which alcohol is (or is intended to be) sold under the licence are Sunday to Thursday – 9.00am until 11.00pm and Friday to Saturday – 9.00am until 12.00am (midnight).

The application may be inspected during ordinary hours at the office of the Stratford District Council at 61 Miranda Street, Stratford. Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the issue of the licence may, not later than 25 working days after the date of the publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing Committee at PO Box 320, Stratford 4352.

No objection to the issue of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 105(1) of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012. No objection to the renewal of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 131 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012

The date this notice was published is 7 August 2024. The objection period will expire on the 11 September 2024.
