Renewal of an On Licence - Masala Bay Indian Restaurant

SALE AND SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL ACT 2012

NMP Holdings Limited, 262 Broadway, Stratford, has make application to the Stratford District Licensing Committee for the renewal of an On Licence in respect of the premises situated on 262 Broadway, Stratford, and known as Masala Bay Indian Restaurant. The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is a restaurant.

The days on which, and the hours on which alcohol is (or is intended to be) sold under the licence are: 7 days, Monday to Sunday from 11.00am until 10.00pm.

The application may be inspected during ordinary hours at the office of the Stratford District Council at 61 Miranda Street, Stratford.

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the issue of the licence may, not later than 25 working days after the date of the publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing Committee at PO Box 320, Stratford 4352. No objection to the renewal of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 131 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
