Renewal of a Club Licence - Egmont Rod and Custom Club Incorporated

SALE AND SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL ACT 2012

Egmont Rod and Custom Club Incorporated, 119 Cordelia Street, Stratford, has made an application to the Stratford District Licensing Committee for the renewal of a Club Licence for the premises at 119 Cordelia Street, Stratford, known as the Egmont Rod and Custom Club. The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is a Hot Rod Car Club.

The days on which, and the hours on which, alcohol is (or is intended to be) sold under the licence are:

• Monday and Tuesday – 7.00pm to 10.00pm
• Friday – 5.00pm to 12.00am (midnight)
• Saturday – 12.00pm (midday) to 1.00am the following day
• Sunday – 12.00pm (midday) to 9.00pm

The application may be inspected during ordinary hours at the office of the Stratford District Council at 61 Miranda Street, Stratford.

Any person who is entitled to, and wishes to, object to the issue of the licence may, not later than 25 working days after the date of the publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing Committee at PO Box 320, Stratford 4352.

No objection to the renewal of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 131 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
