Fine Wines of the World - Off-Licence renewal

SALE AND SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL ACT 2012

Michael Gregory Radich, 28 Verona Place, Stratford, has applied to the Stratford District Licensing Committee to renew an Off-Licence for the premises at 231 Broadway, Stratford, known as Fine Wines of the World.

The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is a winery cellar door.

The days and hours on which alcohol is (or is intended to be) sold under the licence are 7 days, Monday to Sunday, 8am until 8pm.

The application can be inspected during ordinary hours at the office of the Stratford District Council at 61 Miranda Street, Stratford.

Any person who wishes to object to the renewal of the licence may, not later than 25 working days after the publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing Committee at PO Box 320, Stratford 4352.

No objection to the renewal of a licence can be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 131 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012

The date this notice was published is 7 September 2023. The objection period will expire on 10 October 2023.
