The Couch Limited, 11 Fenton Street, Stratford, has made an application to the Stratford District Licensing Committee for the renewal of an Off Licence. The licence is for the premises known as Fenton Arts Collective, situated at 11 Fenton Street, Stratford.
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is a cellar door. The days and hours on which alcohol is (or is intended to be) sold under the licence are:
- Monday to Thursday - 10am until 3pm
- Friday and Saturday - 10am until 9pm
- Sunday - 10am until 4pm
This application may be inspected at Stratford District Council offices, 63 Miranda Street, Stratford, Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 4.30pm.
Any objections to this licence must be provided in writing no later than 15 working days after the publication date of this notice. Objections can be addressed to the Secretary of the District Licensing Committee at PO Box 320, Stratford 4352.
No objection to the renewal of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 131 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
