Renewal of Club Licence - Stratford Rugby and Sports Club

SALE AND SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL ACT 2012

Stratford Eltham Rugby and Sports Club Incorporated, PO Box 316, Stratford, has made an application to the Stratford District Licensing Committee for the renewal of a Club Licence. The proposed licence is for the premises situated at 61 Orlando Street, Stratford, known as Stratford Rugby and Sports Club.

The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is a sports club.

The days and hours on which alcohol is (or is intended to be) sold under the licence are:

• Monday to Sunday 9.00am until 1.00am.

The application may be inspected during ordinary hours at the office of the Stratford District Council, 61 Miranda Street, Stratford.

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the renewal of the licence may, not later than 15 working days after the date of the publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing Committee at PO Box 320, Stratford 4352.

No objection to the renewal of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 131 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012. The objection period will expire on the 6 April 2023.
