Sport NZ Rural Travel Fund is open

Applications are now open for round two of the Sport New Zealand Rural Travel Fund.

The Rural Travel Fund is available to rural sports clubs and school teams. It supports young people aged between 5 and 19 years, who need financial help with transport to local sporting competitions.

The Fund doesn’t provide support for travelling to regional or national events.

You can download application forms here, or pick one up from Council’s Service Centre or Stratford Library and Visitor Information Centre.

We must receive your application by 4.30pm Friday 27 October. Late applications won’t be accepted.
