We have several ways of engaging with our community to gain a better understanding of your thoughts and opinions. One of these is through our annual residents' survey.
The main objectives are to:
The residents’ survey is carried out by an external research company, Key Research, on behalf of Council.
A survey invite will be sent to residents on Council's communication database four times a year to produce the final survey report. Those on our database won't receive all 4 invites, they'll be contacted for only 1 of the collection sends, what we call a 'wave'. If you're contacted to participate in one of these collection waves, we encourage you to please do the survey, as it's the only time you'll be asked to do it for the current financial year. Everyone's responses help us to gain a better insight into how we deliver services to the Stratford district.
If you're not contacted, you can still participate in future collection waves by registering on one (or both!) of our email databases below:
Alternatively, if you're ready to do the survey now and don't want to wait until the next wave you can use the below link.
Alternatively you can email us on feedback@stratford.govt.nz or complete our online form here at anytime of the year to provide your feedback.
