Stratford District Citizens and Services Club Incorporated, 60 Juliet Street, Stratford, has make application to the Stratford District Licensing Committee for the issue of a Club Licence in respect of the premises situated at 60 Juliet Street, Stratford, known as Stratford District Citizens and Services Club.
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is a chartered club.
The days on which, and the hours on which alcohol is (or is intended to be) sold under the licence are 7 days, Monday to Sunday 9.00am until 1.00am the following day.
The application may be inspected during ordinary hours at the office of the Stratford District Council at 61 Miranda Street, Stratford.
Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the issue of the licence may, not later than 15 working days after the date of the publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing Committee at PO Box 320, Stratford 4352.
No objection to the renewal of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 105 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012
The date this notice was published is the 25 October 2018. The objection period will expire on the 15 November 2018.
