Sale and supply of Alcohol Act 2012 - Forgotten 43 Brewing
Forgotten 43 Brewing Limited , PO Box 180, Stratford, has made application to the Stratford District Licensing Committee for the renewal of an Off-Licence in respect of the premises situated at 279 Broadway, Stratford, known as Forgotten 43 Brewing.
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is a cellar door.
The days on which, and the hours on which alcohol is (or is intended to be) sold under the licence are 7 days, Monday to Sunday 8.00am until 8.00pm.
The application may be inspected during ordinary hours at the office of the Stratford District Council at 61 Miranda Street, Stratford.
Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the renewal of the licence may, not later than 15 working days after the date of the publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing Committee at PO Box 320, Stratford 4352.
No objection to the renewal of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 131 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012
The date this notice was published is the 8 August 2018. The objection period will expire on the 28 August 2018.
