Makeover for Prospero Place

Add to favourites

Despite the weather, Prospero Place’s summer makeover begun on Saturday morning.

The Midsummer Night’s Dream tea party garden installation is now in place, with the help of the Filopino Association Coastal Taranaki and Stratford Girl Guides, who helped plant the various planter boxes.
The two new seats that feature in the garden, were designed by Stratford High School student Silas McCallum in 2016, and will now be a permanent fixture in Prospero Place.
The garden installation is part of The Future of Broadway Project, which is about creating a main street that people want to invest in, and can be proud of. More information about the project can be found in Prospero Place.
