TSB Pool Complex to reopen Tuesday 19 May

We're pleased to announce that from Tuesday 19 May, the TSB Pool Complex will be open to the public. 

In order to comply with Ministry of Health guidelines for Level 2, we have had to make some changes to how the pool operates.

Here are a few things you need to know:

  • Contact tracing
    Contact tracing is done on an iPad at reception. Visitors must sign out upon exiting.
  • Structured swimming/programs only
    Following the Ministry of Health and the NZRA guidelines our facility will only be available for structured swimming such as lane swimming and programs such as flyers swim school. No leisure swimming until further notice.
  • No changing rooms
    Unfortunately our changing rooms are currently closed. All pool users will need to come to the facility in their swimwear.
  • Allocated swimming times
    Please see the timetable below for our daily opening hours and times for different groups.
  • Bookings for group fitness is essential as spaces are limited.
    Please phone the pool to book your spot. As the facility is closed this evening please message the TSB Pool Complex Facebook page if you would like to book in for tomorrow’s classes.
  • 1m Physical distancing
    Level 2 physical distancing rules apply pool side and in the water. Please be mindful of your surroundings.
  • The canteen is closed
  • Contactless payment
    Pay wave is now available and all regular users are encouraged to sign up for a membership.
  • Memberships
    All memberships affected by COVID-19 are in the process of being rectified. If you had a concession or have a short or long term membership your expiry date will be extended an additional 11 weeks. If you have a one term or a two term flyers membership then your expiry will be extended until 20 December 2020.

The TSB Pool Complex team is working hard to ensure you are safe so please follow their guidance and the rules. If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, have COVID-19, are being tested for COVID-19 or have returned from overseas travel in the past 14 days then please do not enter our facility.
