LANE SWIMMING
6.00am - 8.00am, 12noon - 1.00pm, 5.00pm - 6.30pm
Lane swimming is the ideal way to keep fit - before work, during your lunch break, or after work - it's your choice!
FIFTIES FORWARD
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10.00am - 11.00am
Fifties Forward is a way to enjoy gentle exercise . An instructor does not take the lesson, but the Pool staff are always available to help if needed.
AQUAROBICS
Tuesday and Thursday 10.30am - 11.30am
Aquarobics is a safe, convenient way to get your exercise under the guidance of an experienced pool instructor.
PARTY HIRE
Enquire at the pool for prices and availability.
Looking for something different for that next party? What about a POOL PARTY?! Family, friends, food and fun - it's great!
Swimming lessons and squad coaching is available with various coaches and times.
